I’m Eric Allen

I’ve been fascinated by snakes for as long as I can remember. I started catching snakes and frogs when I was about 5 years old, flipping over old wooden boards at my grandparents’ to often find garter snakes and milk snakes underneath. Those early adventures taught me a lot about wildlife, and respect for animals.

Today, I specialize in the safe, humane removal of rattlesnakes from homes, businesses, and schools. I combine years of hands-on experience with a deep understanding of snake behavior to quickly and safely relocate them to suitable habitats far from people and pets. I’m currently a Ph.D. student at UC-Davis and serve the greater Sacramento and surrounding areas.

This work is something I genuinely enjoy doing. Helping people feel safe, keeping snakes out of harm’s way, and making sure both can coexist is what motivates me the most!
